Attic Insulation Installer

Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility for evenings and weekends when needed

What You’ll Do

• Blow insulation, spray radiant barrier, and complete minor roof repairs
• Drive to job sites, transport materials, and account for tools
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Remove all trash and debris from the jobsite
• Follow company safety policies and wear assigned PPE
• Lift and carry up to 75 lbs

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of attic insulation experience preferred
• Experience with spray rigs, construction, or carpentry a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Willingness to work late hours and weekends as needed
• Eagerness to learn and sharpen your skills
• Passion for delivering Exceptional Service
