Jr. Networking Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Jr. Networking Engineer to join our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate
will have at least 1 year of networking experience, with a preference for those holding a CCNA
certification. This role requires exposure to Fortinet and Cisco technologies, as well as experience with
helpdesk or PC support.

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal
  operation.
• Collaborate with the IT team to support network security measures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and resolve helpdesk
  tickets.
• Configure and manage Fortinet and Cisco devices.
• Document network configurations and changes.

• Minimum of 1 year of networking experience.
• CCNA certification preferred.
• Exposure to Fortinet and Cisco technologies.
• Helpdesk or PC support experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Schedule

• Regular hours, Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 with opportunities for flexible work
  by agreement.
• Occasional out-of-hours work is required for planned maintenance of systems or
  for incident response.
• Occasional travel is required for team meetings.
