Location: Raleigh and surrounding areas
Pay: $57,000–$65,000 per year plus performance incentives (total compensation package $80,000+ per year)

To support our growth, ARS has partnered with leading home improvement retail stores to offer heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions. We are seeking a motivated leader to oversee this program, manage store partnerships, and drive lead generation success across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Recruit, train, and manage all personnel in the retail sales program to meet daily and weekly lead goals

  • Oversee associate performance, schedules, and activities to achieve service center targets

  • Hold weekly meetings to inform, educate, and motivate team members

  • Provide progress updates on individual and team goals

  • Train staff on technical and seasonal topics (IAQ materials, HVAC equipment, etc.)

  • Create internal competitions and challenges to boost team performance

  • Spend 60–65% of time in the field with SSAs and retail store management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store personnel and area management

  • Coordinate store events and communicate schedule or staffing changes

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and selling skills

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends with minimal supervision

  • Ability to read and interpret training materials

  • Related experience or advanced training (or equivalent combination of education and experience) preferred
