Pay: $25 - $35.00 per hour; plus incentives

Earning potential over $100K/year based on performance

Sign-on Bonus: 

    • $1000 for Apprentice Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers
    • $3000 for Journeyman Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers
    • $5000 for Master Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.

Qualifications

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
  • EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
  • Must pass background and drug screening
  • Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
