Pay: $25.00- $35.00 per hour; plus incentives

Earning potential over $100K/year based on performance

Sign-on Bonus: $3000 for Journeyman Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers

Full-time, year-round work

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.

What You Need:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• MUST have a Jouneyman's or close to obtaining license
• EPA certification 
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
