7am - 5pm Monday - Friday, Some Saturdays needed

What You’ll Do:

As our Inventory Clerk, you’ll be the backbone of the operation—tracking, stocking, and distributing the parts that keep our service and install crews moving. You’ll work behind the scenes but stay at the center of it all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy

• Enter parts and purchase info into the system

• Organize and pull materials for scheduled jobs

• Issue and track fuel cards for fleet drivers

• Perform vehicle inventories and stock tech trucks

• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory levels

• Order parts and supplies as needed

• Support technicians with proper tools and materials

• Conduct regular inventory audits

What You Bring:

• Experience in parts, inventory, or warehouse operations

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical materials a plus

• Basic computer skills

• A team mindset and eye for detail
