• To sell Plumbing/HVAC Services by outbound telemarketing calls in required volumes to meet or exceed both the company and personal quotas and income requirements.
• Order Handling and Processing
• Turn in all contracts/orders promptly, properly signed and filled out completely and legibly
  Planning
  • Create a written daily, weekly and monthly activity plans
  • Maintain a database to follow up on any sales opportunities developed
• Territory Marketing
  • Initiate outbound phone calls to defined prospects and/or inquiry customers
  • Create/Maintain target prospect lists
  • Provide telemarketing sales assistance to field personnel to support field sales efforts
• Customer Service and Support
  • Initiate follow up phone calls to ensure that all services are being delivered as agreed and that the customer is completely satisfied
  • Periodically call on each customer ensure satisfaction and to obtain referrals
  • Report and/or handle all complaints
  • Provide phone/administrative assistance to Department Managers to ensure that all jobs are performed efficiently by field personnel.
    
• General Sales and Management
  • Attend sales meetings
  • Understand and apply, where necessary, all bulletins and communications
  • Follow managements directives

• Experience in sales on the phone with professional phone etiquette.
• Great at Closing. Able to handle high volume out bound calling.  
• Being able to work in a fast-paced environment; Driven, highly efficient and responsible.
• Sales experience required.
