Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to recommend HVAC system upgrades.
  • Leverage high-quality, pre-qualified leads to maximize revenue—no cold calling.
  • Educate customers on energy efficiency, heating, cooling, and air quality solutions.
  • Present flexible financing options to help customers invest in their home comfort.
  • Own the sales process from consultation to closing and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with top-tier installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of in-home sales experience required (HVAC, Roofing, Solar, Windows, or similar).
  • Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong ability to build trust, educate customers, and close high-ticket deals.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer homes in a company-provided vehicle.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
