HVAC Install Coordinator - Chesapeake, VA

RS Andrews Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing of Tidewater, VA, providing home repair from Virginia Beach to Williamsburg since 1976.

Hours: Mon - Fri 11AM - 8PM with one weekend per month required

Pay Rate: starting at $21/hr dependent on experience

• Book/schedule installation appointments for in-field crews
• Prepare and provide necessary paperwork to install crews timely
• Confirm install dates and times with customers 
• Process completed paperwork, electronic and manual forms
• Takes receipt of work orders and enters data in system for accurate billing of completed work
• Other duties as assigned

• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum two years of exceptional customer service experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision 
• Ability to demonstrate organizational and follow-up skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in trade dispatching or service is preferred
