Overview

American Residential Services (ARS) of Raleigh has been providing top-tier HVAC solutions to homeowners for over 30 years. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced H3 Licensed, Residential HVAC Supervisor to support field operations, mentor installers, and drive efficiency, safety, and revenue production.

 

Sign On Bonus of up to $5000 and financial agreement for usage of H3 License. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HVAC service operations, working closely with service and installation teams.
  • Train and mentor technicians to enhance technical skills, sales performance, and job efficiency.
  • Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and job assignments to optimize manpower and ensure timely service.
  • Monitor quality control and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Provide on-the-job training, technical guidance, and troubleshooting support.
  • Oversee facility and equipment maintenance, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Work alongside management to improve workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • RESIDENTIAL HVAC SUPERVISOR / MANAGER experience preferred
  • Active North Carolina H3 License is REQUIRED
  • MUST have EPA Certification
  • MUST have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • All candidates are required to pass a drug screening and background check prior to hire.
