As a Retail Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail lead generators across multiple store locations. Your mission is to ensure high performance, maximize lead generation, and create a motivated, results-driven sales culture.
✔ Sales & Leadership Experience – At least 2 years of proven experience in retail sales, in-home sales, or lead generation.
✔ Strong Communication & People Skills – Ability to coach, motivate, and build strong relationships.
✔ Sales-Driven Mindset – You thrive in a goal-oriented, high-energy environment.
✔ Flexibility – Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
✔ Education – Training or education in sales/marketing is a plus.
