As a Retail Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail lead generators across multiple store locations. Your mission is to ensure high performance, maximize lead generation, and create a motivated, results-driven sales culture.

• Recruit, train, and manage retail sales associates to meet daily and weekly lead goals.
• Drive performance by coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team.
• Manage schedules and staffing to ensure store coverage and sales efficiency.
• Lead team meetings to provide training, performance updates, and strategic sales tactics.
• Foster relationships with retail store managers and home services teams.
• Implement promotional events and in-store activations to drive customer engagement.
• Spend 60-65% of your time in the field working alongside your team to improve results.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.

✔ Sales & Leadership Experience – At least 2 years of proven experience in retail sales, in-home sales, or lead generation.
✔ Strong Communication & People Skills – Ability to coach, motivate, and build strong relationships.
✔ Sales-Driven Mindset – You thrive in a goal-oriented, high-energy environment.
✔ Flexibility – Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
✔ Education – Training or education in sales/marketing is a plus.
