• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service scheduling.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on maintenance agreements and appointments.
• Accurately enter customer information into our system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive experience for every caller.

• Minimum of three years of call center experience required.
• Experience handling multi-line phone systems.
• A strong phone presence and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data entry skills.
• Ability to work the required schedule:
  • Monday - Friday: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Weekend rotation: Every other weekend required.
