Overview

We are a strong local service leader, and we are looking for a high-performing HVAC Sales Manager to join our growing, successful team. As a Sales Manager with us you will direct and lead residential sales strategies for the branch including defining, implementing, and monitoring your sales team’s performance.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets and goals as determined by General Manager
  • Driving revenue and conversion for the division
  • Acting as a trainer and resource to the sales team in branch products, services, and the residential sales processes
  • Hiring, training and motivating each sales representative to meet or exceed goals.
  • Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc
  • Meeting with sales management team weekly to present reports

Qualifications

  • 5 years of in-home sales management experience is required.
  • College degree in a technical field or building science is preferred.
  • HVAC sales experience/knowledge required
  • Goal-driven and desire to succeed in a metric-driven environment
  • Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
  • Strong presentation and customer service skills
  • Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member
  • Strong relationship management skills with employees and customers
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet
