HVAC Installation Helper - Mpuntlake Terrace, WA

• Assembles equipment and materials needed to begin and complete work projects
• Assists in the installation, repair and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Transports materials and tools to the job site and provide proper accounting of tools
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area. Gather salvageable materials in the field and return to warehouse
• Disposes of all trash and debris
• Observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties and wears issued safety equipment

• High School diploma, or GED equivalent
• EPA Certification (We may be able to assist if you do not have this)
• MUST report daily to our warehouse to meet with Lead Installer and load the parts onto the truck
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis
• Must be able to lift more than 75 lbs.
• HVAC experience a plus
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends
• Pre-employment screening including an MVR check, background check and drug screen required.
