American Residential Services (Total Comfort) is proud to offer a paid, 10-week Maintenance Technician Program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience you need for a rewarding career in the high-demand field of HVAC.
This program offers a unique opportunity to build a solid foundation in HVAC, learn from industry experts, and fast-track your entry into a rewarding career with long-term growth potential with our team here at ARS!
Once the 10-week paid training program is completed, successful participants will transition to full-time employees with their local ARS/Rescue Rooter service center. As full-time HVAC Maintenance Technicians, you will be provided with a stocked service van to start using the skills you've learned and take on real-world customer service responsibilities.
Candidates selected for the Program must complete EPA and OSHA Certifications prior to Orientation on Friday, February 21. The approximate time commitment toward obtaining those certifications is 30+ hours. The cost of these certifications will be paid for by ARS/Rescue Rooter.
