Yes! /American Residential Services is the largest provider of residential services in the US, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to sell our plumbing/HVAC /Electric /services. You will represent the company as an internal selling agent of products and services by providing first contact with potential customers

What you will do:

  • Initiate outbound phone calls to defined prospects and/or inquiry customers
  • Create and maintain target prospect lists
  • Provide telemarketing sales assistance to field personnel to support field sales efforts
  • Initiate follow up phone calls to ensure that all services are being delivered as agreed and that the customer is completely satisfied
  • Process completed paperwork, electronic and manual forms
  • Handle heavy phone volume and tight deadlines at times
  • Meet and exceed expected sales targets

 

Qualifications

What you will need:

  • A High School diploma, or GED equivalent, and 3-5 years of customer service/sales experience required. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Inside Sales experience preferred with preference given to those with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads. 
  • Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to close sales
  • Must report daily to our office, this is not a work from home opportunity
  • Full time 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
  • All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
