Overview

ARS/Rescue Rooter, the largest, National HVAC & Plumbing company, is seeking a Division Sales Manager to drive sales activity through building cohesiveness across the Sales, Service, Plumbing, and Marketing departments in the Divisions throughout the country.  This position focuses on the entire customer experience from designing and implementing strategic marketing, driving pricing initiatives, coaching and development of service line managers, and building synergy and connectivity between departments.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the overall sales performance within a Division
  • Strategic design and implementation of market pricing strategy including but not limited to:
  • Margin analysis and price realization
  • Product mix
  • Energy and efficiency rebates
  • Discounting management
  • Building value and credibility in the sales process presentation
  • Lead joint efforts to coach and develop Sales Managers and Comfort Advisors at each Service Center, which includes setting work priorities, conducting sales meetings, counseling and training employees, ensuring that staffing needs are met, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments.
  • Developing and implementing monthly and yearly projections for sales and AOR revenue and profit that results in a positive financial impact on business operations.
  • Evaluate market conditions and providing suggestions in pricing strategy in order to remain competitive within the industry and maximize opportunities
  • Ability to coach and train approved Comfort Advisor compensation plan
  • Consolidate, track, and report on the performance of 70+ Comfort Advisors in the Division while leading monthly recap meetings for coaching and recognition of those CAs
  • Partner with Division Marketing Managers to drive awareness, brand image, and lead flow

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Multi-Unit/Multi-Location Management experience in a consumer services business
  • A proven track record of Recruiting, Training, and developing managers
  • A strong affinity for process and process improvement
  • A knack for influential leadership
  • High sense of urgency and drive for results
  • A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and customer service skills are required
  • 50% Travel is required
  • Excludes applicants from CO, WA, CA
