Responsibilities

At ARS, the value of your customer service delivery will never go unnoticed or unappreciated! We are seeking an incredible person to join our Team that is known to set the standard for customer support and quality assurance. This position will be part-time, 20-25 hours per week.

 

The Customer Service Specialist can expect:

Qualifications

HS diploma, or GED equivalent, is required. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Previous reception experience or experience in customer service is desired. Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
