The Region Marketing Manager fills a critial role, serving as the marketing leader for a designated region of the country and liasising between business managment team and the corporate Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) team.  Through effective business partnership with the regional management team and the COE, the Region Marketing Manager will implement and manage marketing and lead generation strategies for all retail locations in the assigned region.


  • Develop strong business partnerships within the Marketing Department, with the Marketing COE, and with region management to develop, review, and ensure execution of high-level and detailed marketing strategies, budgets and tactics that accomplish and align with Company goals to strengthen brand equity and lead generation.  
  • Collaborate with region management on branch marketing budgets and modify as needed based on operational performance and revenue goals.
  • Monitor spend against budget across marketing channels (paid search, media, direct mail, etc.) and provide recommendations to region management for improved allocation of marketing spend to drive lead generation and maximize ROI on spend.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and communicate marketing program performance to corporate, division, and region teams through regular reporting.
  • Leverage Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other tools to analyze marketing and operational performance for assigned region, providing feedback and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with region management to build promotion campaigns (service/product offers, etc.) and collaborate with Marketing COE and legal teams to execute.
  • Review all customer-facing marketing materials within a region/division for accuracy and to ensure compliance with the overall goals, strategies, and messaging of the organization, as well as adherence to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, VPs, and Marketing Department to develop and implement base marketing plans and strategies. 
  • Identify and execute local marketing initiatives for retail locations in assigned region (i.e. home shows, community engagement, local PR opportunities, social media, etc.) 
  • Participate in additional Marketing Department and Region activities and objectives as requested.
  • Fulfill marketing-related requests for assigned retail locations as appropriate.
  • Other projects to be identified based on location and/or market demand.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business field preferred
  • 5-7 years of local marketing and analytical experience.
  • B2C, franchise, and/or service industry experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to work with other individuals successfully in similar roles.
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tool is preferred.
  • Minimal travel may be required.

This position is a remote with business travel position.  Excludes CO, WA, CA applicants.
