Inside Sales Rep

American Residential Services (ARS) is one of the nation's largest Heating and Air Conditioning service providers. We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Rehash team.

The individual hired will work within our Jacksonville office with the goal of closing sales calls over the phone. This will be a high-volume phone position. If you have the right personality for this job where you are not afraid of rejection and hearing "No" and you move on to the next customer call without hesitation to try and get the "Yes", we want to meet you!

Through aggressive advertising and a partnership with the nation's largest home improvement retailer, we are able to provide a steady flow of qualified leads and best-in-class financing options. This creates more opportunities for you to close deals and maximize your earning potential. We have the sales leads, we need you to close them!

Pay: Hourly PLUS Commissions & Spiffs.

We have an uncapped opportunity to earn.

*Average hourly rate is $15-20/hr, depending on experience

*Average pay equates up to $45-55k annually, or more, depending on your closing rate.

Location: This is an in-office role at ARS Jacksonville
