Digital Content Manager

ARS is seeking a Digital Content Manager with a strong background in SEO & content marketing to drive ARS’s organic website performance. This person will be responsible for the content strategy and operations of all websites, driving incremental traffic, leads, and revenue from organic traffic across all ARS locations through quality and consistent content production.

• Help SEO & Website team meet or exceed growth targets for organic search by driving incremental traffic, leads and ultimately revenue
• Manage content strategy of ARS.com and all other legacy websites, including written, image and video content for ARS.com and all other websites in ARS network
• Build and manage seamless content operations process to ensure consistent and quality content production that supplies helpful content to users, and meets brand, legal and technical requirements
• Help drive link building efforts through new and refreshed content
• Manage content creators, including agency partners, freelancers and internal resources
• Support team and operations as needed with CMS work, including content publishing and website updates
• Work with developers to report, build requirements and prioritize new features, enhancements, added templates or bugs
• Own key vendor relationships for content marketing and operations
• Partner with other channel owners to ideate and fulfill content needs, including social media, email marketing, public relations and more
• Intake, vet and operationalize content requests and ideas from internal research, agencies, various channel owners, field marketing team, and more
• Function as subject matter expert on content strategy and content marketing across the enterprise
• Review performance using internal and external reporting and analytics tools
• Consistently innovate, explore, test, execute and iterate
• Develop and support strong culture of testing and learning for the team
• Investigate and drive competitive content strategies to drive growth, staying up to date on latest industry trends and insights

• 3-5 years of experience managing content strategy and operations for brands
• Experience managing agency relationships or working in an agency environment
• Experience growing traffic, leads and revenue through content strategy and operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High-level of proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
