Plumbing Sales Manager - Riverside, CA

The qualified candidate will apply their sales & management skills to train Sales Reps and Technicians, manage sales performance, maintain the integrity of sales, and assist in closing sales where necessary.

• Recruit, train, and manage sales team members
• Oversee 14-20 Sales Reps
• Assist in leading the Service Technician force, including a focus on sales lead generation & set up 
• Ensure integrity of sales tracking and assist General Manager in data reporting to corporate office 
• Interact regularly with customers to build brand loyalty and resolve any concerns.

• A minimum of three years successful experience in service sales.
• Candidates must have experience with either B2B or in-home sales.
• Technical plumbing experience strongly preferred.
• A proven track record of sales success and territory growth. 
• Expertise in both formal training and individual coaching of sales professionals, with particular emphasis on leading Role Play Training and One-To-One Observation & Coaching. 
• Excellent people skills. 
• MS Suite computer literacy. 
• A valid drivers' license and an acceptable driving record.
