Unique Services is seeking talented Customer Service Representatives to work inside our Branch Call Center located at 4515 19th Street Court East Bradenton, FL 34203

Schedule

• Hours of Operation are 7:30am-9pm 
• Rotating weekend hours are required

• Flexible Shift Schedules Available. Open availability is preferred. 
• Schedules are posted at the beginning of the month

In this position you will answer customer calls within a busy call-center environment, schedule customer service appointments, and enter data into a computer system. Unique Services does not Cold Call!  You will take inbound calls and make outbound calls to a warm customer list regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements.

• Demonstrated listening and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

*Sign-on bonus amount must be discussed in the interview. The amount is $500 and will be paid out in increments outlined on an offer addendum.
