Warehouse Helper - Mountlake Terrace, WA

Blue Flame is a residential Heating, Air & Electric contractor located in Mountlake Terrace and we are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. We’re looking for an individual with a great attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure technicians and installers have all parts needed to complete a job
• Deliver and pick-up parts from the suppliers to the technicians and installers
• Identifies and reports all overages and shortages
• Pull, pack and ship orders in an accurate manner
• Lift/move minimum 50 lbs. regularly
• Assist in unloading trucks from suppliers
• Assist in loading ongoing trucks
• Inspect goods for defects and damages
• Track inventory in appropriate system
• Organize space in the warehouse and perform cleaning duties
• Stocks parts accessories in correct bin locations
• Notifies appropriate personnel of issues with orders
• Assist with new inventory assignments
• Performs inventory test counts as directed by Management
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
• Participates in required training
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
• Follows OSHA rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined
• Forklift experience preferred
• Must have an excellent driving record
• Experience driving a fleet vehicle is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift to 50 lbs. daily
• Must be able to successfully complete and pass a criminal background check, drug test, and driver's license check
