Responsibilities

The ideal Lead Mechanic would Install, add-on, replace and/or retrofit HVAC equipment, components and systems in residential settings. Maintain good customer relations by providing viable product usage information to the customer and performing installations according to desired specifications. Apply technical skills and a general knowledge of industry standards to all work.

 

Installation crews are made up of 1 Lead Install Mechanic, and we would provide an experienced HVAC Install Helper to assist in job completion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of residential HVAC Installation experience.
  • MUST have EPA Certification
  • MUST have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • All candidates are required to pass a drug screening and background check prior to hire.
