As an ARS Commercial Mechanical HVAC Technician, you will complement our commercial plumbing services. We currently service multiple nursing homes, apartment buildings, restaurants, manufacturing, hospitals & institutions. Strong work ethic is imperative with the desire to grow with ARS’s book of business. Competitive hourly wage with overtime opportunities. 


Job Duties –

  • Service & installation of commercial domestic hot water systems including but not limited to;
  1. Commercial water heaters
  2. Commercial domestic boilers, holding tanks & controls.
  3. Tankless water heaters & combo units.
  4. Circulating pumps.
  • Service & installation of commercial heating/cooling systems including but not limited to;
  1. Hot water & steam heating boilers.
  2. Forced air & air conditioning units.
  3. Heat pumps.
  4. Chilling towers.


What You Need to Succeed and Grow with the Pros


Required Credentials:

  • 3 years’ experience in commercial HVAC
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
  • CFC Certified
  • Ability to read commercial wiring schematics.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and use power & hand tools.
  • Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces.
  • Use of ladders for roof access
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
