Office: 3340 N. Scherer Drive Suites A&B, St. Petersburg, FL 33716 

Pay: $16-18/hr, depending on experience

Opportunity: Full Time employment with benefits available

Branch Open: M-F 7am to 7pm, Saturday 7am- 4:30pm

Our ideal candidate will have open availability between these hours and will be able to work rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

The strong multi-tasker we select will answer customer calls within a busy office setting and schedule technician appointments for jobs. In addition to entering customer data into a computer, this professional will provide feedback to customers regarding service queries, and make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments for maintenance agreements.  Position will outbound dial to contact all hot/warm/cold sales, repair and maintenance leads received, as well as follow up on quotes given to customers and communicate with customers for any needs they may have, sale related.

Qualifications

Required Credentials:

  • One or more years of experience as a dispatcher. 
    • Preference given to those with dispatch within HVAC or an equivalent service industry.
  • Prior inside Sales experience, preference given to those with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads.
  • Ability to work full-time outlined schedule above with rotating weekends. 
  • A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians by radio and tracking devices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments.
  • Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.
  • Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education.
  • Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of the local geographic territory.
  • All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and employment background checks.
