What You Need:
- Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in outside sales, one-call-close, in a residential in-home environment.
- Experience in the skilled trades business model; HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Siding, Windows, Solar, Counter Tops, Kitchen & Baths, Security, etc.
- Proven sales track record
Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required with 6-8 years of experience in a service industry company. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
- HVAC industry experience/knowledge required
- Management experience required with a track record of success
